- Deposits: (Please note that special deposit policies apply to extended-stay reservations and to reservations for guests attending local group functions - please call.) For all other reservations: for visits of up to three nights, first and last nights' payment is the required deposit. On visits of four nights and more, the deposit of 50% of the full amount of the stay. All balances due, including the Maine State room tax of 7%, are due as of date of arrival and registration. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express for deposits.
- Cancellations: (Please note that special cancellation policies apply to extended-stay reservations and to reservations for guests attending group functions - please call.) For all other reservations, if notice of cancellation is received prior to two weeks before scheduled day of arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full less a $25 cancellation processing fee. A cancellation number, issued by the inn, will confirm your cancellation of all or part of your stay.
- Additional Guests over double occupancy: in a suite or room are
each $25 per night more. Children under two are free, unless
you use our crib ($5 per night crib charge). Children twelve
and under are $15 per night more. The Maine state room tax
of 7% is additional.
- Children: The Northeast Harbor Inn (Maison
Suisse) welcomes children under caring adult
supervision (See rates above).
- Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Guests
are welcome to smoke outside on balconies, porches, or terraces.
- Pets: The Northeast Harbor Inn (Maison Suisse) has limited dog-friendly accommodations,
for “experienced traveller” dogs, only. $25/night
pet fee. You must make these arrangements in advance - please
book as early as possible. Alternatively, Acadia Woods Kennel
is about 15 minutes drive from the inn. (207) 288-7766.

Special Offers are subject to availability, are by Advance Reservation with the inn keeper only, exclude wedding and other function or occasion group weekends or weekdays, cannot be combined with other offers, and are time sensitive and subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Any changes do not affect existing reservations.
